As the host of The UPGRADE Edit podcast and founder of The Upgrade Space, Davina has guided thousands of women back into connection with their bodies, their intuition, and their innate power.

Her work blends somatic practices, energetic healing, and mindset reprogramming to create grounded, pleasure-filled, and transformational experiences. What’s Included

Pre-Retreat Preparation (4 Weeks Online)
You will be supported through four weeks of preparation before we travel. Each week we will gather as a group online, connecting and preparing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually for this adventure. Together we will explore practices and guided inquiry to help you clarify your intentions, release limiting beliefs, and step into the right headspace for the journey ahead.

In the Amazon (7 Days at Arkana Spiritual Centre)
Once we arrive at Arkana, you will experience a full week of immersion in the Amazon. This includes sacred plant medicine ceremonies guided by experienced shamans, group embodiment and somatic inquiry sessions with Davina, and the complete Arkana retreat itinerary of healing workshops, jungle immersions, and sacred rituals. You will also be nourished by wholesome meals, comfortable accommodation, and the profound medicine of the jungle itself.

Integration Support
After the retreat, you will be guided through integration so the experience becomes a part of your everyday life. There is the option to stay on and explore the Sacred Valley before returning to Australia. Following the retreat, there will be integration calls and guided practices with Davina to help you return home with ease and intention, carrying the insights and transformation into your daily rhythm.
